I was watching "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" this evening and one character said they were trained to not listen to what people say but to see what the evidence says. I thought that was a good guide for life. Not the only guide, but too often I let what people say keep me from paying attention to what they do.

Like environmentalists who need an SUV to get to nature or righteous people who always have someone to blame when they break a commandment or people who are always going to do something but never do. Unfortunately, I am too close to the last category. I'm always going to do things but have a problem following through. I guess I need to pay more attention to what I do.

I am sitting here at 8:00 pm yawning and have been doing it for a couple hours. I may go to bed early. I don't feel tired, I'm just yawning.
